Barr & Barr proudly supports the annual Women in Construction Week, 2023. This year is the 25th Anniversary of this important event! Let’s give a big shout out to all the women building careers in the construction industry today and recognize their contributions! Did you know that only about 11% of the employees in the construction fields are women? At Barr & Barr, women fill positions in all areas of our operations including project directors, project managers, superintendents, safety management, field engineers and accounting. Additionally our CFO, our General Counsel and our Assistant Treasurer are women – filling important positions within our Leadership Team.
