Congratulations to the team! Today, the Moffitt SPEROS MAC + Proton Therapy Center project hit an important milestone! The concrete pour this morning (Pour 16), was the last mass concrete pour for the Proton Vault. The gantry and cyclotron vaults for the proton equipment are now topped out and overall, the project is progressing on time. Special thanks to Baker Concrete for their outstanding work on this project – Barr & Barr’s team will host a Vault Topping Out BBQ luncheon to celebrate the workers next Friday, June 7th.
