Summer 2022: Intern / Project Engineer jobsite tours

Mentoring the next generation of builders is one of our favorite things to do at Barr & Barr! We consider our summer interns and beginning Project Engineers to be important members of our team – and we take their professional growth seriously!  This summer, in addition to the work they are doing on their assigned projects, this group will visit numerous jobsites around the Tampa/St. Pete area to get exposure to a wide variety of project types. Today, the group toured the CAE U.S. Headquarters project in Tampa and heard from the team building it. When complete at the end of 2023, this state-of-the-art project will include a 166,000-SF office building, 110,000-SF manufacturing/assembly building and a 55,000-SF training center. Special thanks to Robert Brian (Sr. Superintendent) for leading the tour today – Training these young builders is extremely rewarding and we also recognize its a vital part of our everyday work!
