We were delighted to assist today with Moffitt Cancer Center’s groundbreaking and naming ceremony for it’s upcoming 775-acre Pasco County campus! This new development, named Speros FL (which is a derivative of the verb “to hope” in Latin), will offer 16 million square feet of lab, office, manufacturing and clinical spaces. Speros FL will be transformational for our area, delivering pioneering services and cutting-edge research that will revolutionize the fight against cancer. We are truly thrilled to be a part of this inspirational and historic project, and we can’t wait to get started!
