Congratulations to the entire team for kicking off this exciting project with a successful groundbreaking ceremony! Gelest Manufacturing is a world leader in the chemical manufacturing industry and the Sahara Project will be a new state-of-the-art facility which will continue to meet its customers’ needs worldwide. Barr & Barr and its Design Build partner, PS&S Architecture & Engineering, were selected to build this new center in Morrisville, PA and we’re thrilled to begin. As John Duncan, VP of Barr & Barr stated, “This project started roughly 1 year ago on three pieces of 11 x 17 paper and it’s now grown to 50,000-SF of intricate and complex systems to support the industry that Gelest is so much a leader in. I cannot thank Gelest and Mitsubishi enough for allowing Barr & Barr and PS&S to be a part of this project.” The Sahara Project is scheduled to be complete 1st quarter of 2025.
