Congratulations to our client, SJP Properties, on winning the prestigious 2024 CoStar Impact Award! CoStar’s judging panel included over 660 industry professionals across 128 international markets, and the Impact Award specifically recognizes projects that have “significantly influenced neighborhoods or submarkets” in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom. Our entire team worked collaboratively alongside SJP Properties through logistical and scheduling challenges to deliver this outstanding project and we are so proud of the results!
