Orchestra of St. Luke’s — The DiMenna Center for Classical Music, New York, NY
The DiMenna Center boasts a large orchestra rehearsal hall, a chamber orchestra rehearsal hall, a chamber ensemble room, a green room, two artist studios, a learning and media center, a musician’s lounge and café, a music library, a resource center, instrument storage facilities and offices on a high floor with lots of light, lobby and lounge areas. The centerpiece is the Mary Flagler Cary hall, a large hall that can accommodate rehearsals and recording sessions for a full symphony orchestra plus chorus.

A high standard of sustainability was met through the use of an energy efficient building envelope, natural lighting, demand-controlled ventilation, low flow water fixtures, recycled and locally extracted and manufactured materials, low-VOC building products and the purchase of renewable energy credits. Certified LEED-CI Platinum.
