NY Hospital Queens — Master Plan, West Wing Addition, Flushing, NY
The New York Hospital Queens Master Plan Project featured a seven-story, 202,000 square foot addition, as well as renovations to adjoining areas of the Hospital. The West Wing Addition includes a new Ambulatory Surgery Center, new main entrance and lobby, Non-Invasive Cardiology Suite, two floors of Med/ Surg beds and Medical Practices offices on the basement level.

PROJECT DETAILS
A new 372 car garage was constructed on an adjoining site to replace the facility that was removed to make way for the new West Wing Addition.
Two shell floors were also designed for an additional 80 Med/Surg beds in the future.
Multiple phases allowed the continued use of key areas of the hospital during construction
Rigorous infectious control program established to ensure high standards met by all.
