Yale University — Sterling Memorial Library Renovations, New Haven, CT
The library was completely encased in scaffolding while major renovations to the exterior and interior were undertaken simultaneously. Interior upgrades included new air conditioning and humidification systems, safety improvements and improved access for persons with disabilities, and new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Exterior upgrades included wall and roof flashings, extensive stone repair and replacement of aging roofs.
