USF Morsani College of Medicine & Heart Institute - Taneja College of Pharmacy and Multi-Floor Lab Buildouts
The project involves two simultaneous interior renovations, inside an active research and higher educational facility in downtown Tampa on a very tight site in a high-rise building (the USF Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute). The scope includes buildout of the Taneja College of Pharmacy, Post-Secondary Education Program located on Levels 11 & 12 and featuring open classrooms, experiential learning, study areas, offices, break room, and new restrooms. Core Labs and miscellaneous interior buildouts are also included on floors 6, 7, 8 & 9 and feature: interior research laboratories, open wet labs, environmental control rooms, offices, breakrooms, tissue culture rooms, storage, administrative and other spaces.
