PROJECT DETAILS

We met a tight budget by analyzing multiple major design configurations during preconstruction and thereby finding ways to reduce space without impinging on the overall project.

Thorough preconstruction logistics planning minimized construction impacts on the surrounding neighborhood.

Extensive investigation of subcontractor qualifications ensured that workers would be capable of the high level of craftsmanship required for the preservation or reproduction of original architectural features.
