National Safety Week Topic #5: Stand Downs

To wrap up National Safety Week, we want to remind everyone of the importance of holding regular Stand-Downs (or Toolbox Talks) on jobsites. These are great ways to connect with site personnel and get them focused on the tasks ahead and remind them of any specific potential hazards they need to be particularly aware of. It’s also a way to reinforce the commitment to safety from the field leadership team. Barr & Barr is proud of its exemplary safety record and we know that our Superintendent and Project Management Teams play a critical role in keeping a safe, orderly and successful jobsite!
