Our design-build project team at Gelest Manufacturing celebrated the topping out of the superstructure on its Sahara Project, a new state-of-the-art chemical manufacturing facility. Gelest, a Mitsubishi Chemical Group company, is a world leader in the chemical manufacturing industry. The 50,000-square-foot facility in Morrisville, PA, occupies a revitalized U.S. EPA Brownfield site and is planned to manufacture cutting-edge materials associated with the advanced semiconductor market. The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025. Congratulations to the entire team on achieving this major milestone!
