Construction has recently commenced on this new 334 space parking garage and four story office building.  Both buildings will be joined by a covered pedestrian walkway. Once complete the project will be the corporate headquarters for the parent company of Restaurant Depot.

Construction is underway, Barr & Barr is building the new 170,000 SF office complex for The Edison Pembroke Pines and it will consists of two, three-story, Class A office buildings and a 5,000 SF central amenity building with a gym and cafe for tenants.
