We’re excited to announce our team breaking ground today at the Canopy at West River project! This multifamily complex will provide much-needed housing to Tampa West River neighborhood. The project includes 198 residential units, a business center and a fitness center. In addition, the project includes a structured parking garage, providing 307 new spaces. Working with the City of Tampa Housing Authority and the Related Urban Group has been a great experience – and we’re thrilled to be kicking-off another important project with them.
