Barr & Barr Southeast – Contractor of the Year Award!

Congratulations to the entire Barr & Barr Southeast Team for winning the AIA Tampa Bay’s 2024 Contractor of the Year Award! We’re very grateful to have been recognized in this way and we’re extremely honored to have won! This is a milestone moment for our group and reflects the strong, continuous growth of our Regional office. Per the AIA’s Awards Book, the Contractors Award is given to a “general contractor that has accomplished an outstanding built result while exemplifying a genuine interest in encouraging and affecting outstanding workmanship and craftsmanship on a built project.”  This truly summarizes Barr & Barr’s approach to achieving the highest levels of quality on each project we undertake – with collaboration, problem-solving and a spirit of teamwork towards our clients, design partners, subcontractors, and every member of our teams. A sincere thank you to the AIA Tampa Bay, Pete Karamitsanis, Jonathan Moore and countless others that have contributed to our great success. We’re looking forward to many outstanding years ahead!
