We’re thrilled to announce that Nicole Heran is joining Barr & Barr as leader of our Florida East Coast Team. Barr & Barr recently completed construction of the Tomorrow Golf League, SoFi Center in Jupiter, FL, which debuted on ESPN January 6th. Nicole will continue to build the firm’s east coast resume, with a well-established team that’s highly experienced in the Healthcare, Higher Ed, K-12, and Commercial markets.
Nicole has over twenty years of experience in the design, program management, owner’s representative and construction industries, with successful projects delivered across various market sectors. Some of her notable projects include: the Phillip & Patricia Frost Miami Science Museum, Broward Health Coral Springs Medical Center Emergency Department Addition and Renovation, Florida Atlantic University Student Union Renovation, Healthcare District of Palm Beach County Lakeside Medical Center Hospital, Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Terminal 4 Expansion, and the City of Miami Gardens Municipal Complex.
Nicole grew up in Palm Beach County, then attended Colorado Technical University and earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Project Management. After graduation, she began building her career in the South Florida market. She was a South Florida Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and she’s been a frequent contributor to numerous local industry publications. During her two decades of work, Nicole has delivered over $850 million of construction and most recently, she was part of the leadership team that managed the $230 million General Obligation Bond Program for the City of Hollywood.
