Congratulations to the Miles Ybor Mixed-Use project team for winning an Excellence in Construction Award, awarded by ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) Gulf Coast Chapter. The team was treated to a wonderful ceremony on May 2nd and given a beautiful trophy in honor of their achievement. We’re so proud of this project that not only provides much-needed housing options for the Tampa Bay region but also is a high-design project located in the heart of the Ybor City Historic District. The community impact of this project will be felt for years and it has already become an iconic piece of architecture for the City of Tampa. Thank you to the entire Barr & Barr team and our partners including Alfonso Architects, Alliant Partners and the myriad of quality subcontractors that worked on this project – we’re thrilled with the outcome!
