Certificate of Occupancy issued for the Annex Building at Harrington Hospital |
4 May, 2007 - Barr & Barr is proud to announce that a Certificate of Occupancy was recently issued for the new Annex Building at Harrington Hospital. The new two-story brick building includes offices, staff rooms, conference rooms, a Waiting Room and Reception Area as well as labs and medical processing space. Tied into the existing main building by a precast underground tunnel, the new building frame is structural steel with a masonry exterior accented with continuous precast masonry bands at the first and second floors. The windows have integrated dark bronze insulated panels and are highlighted by precast lintels. Congratulations to the project team for their efforts in delivering the project two months ahead of schedule.
