Certificate of Occupancy issued for the Surgical Tower at Cooley Dickinson Hospital |
13 April, 2007 -  Barr & Barr is proud to announce that a Certificate of Occupancy was recently issued for the new Surgical Tower at Cooley Dickinson Hospital (CDH). The 116,000 square foot major building expansion to the CDH campus will enhance the hospital's core services, surgery and patient care, with the inclusion of 32 patient rooms, six private rooms, six Operating Rooms, a PACU unit, a new 10,000 square foot joint center, support/admin spaces and multiple connections to the existing building. The four-story expansion is designed to accommodate two additional stories allowing the opportunity for future expansion. The high level of design, cutting edge technology and quality workmanship will enable Cooley Dickinson Hospital to deliver a level of patient care that before has been only found in hospitals triple its size and afford the local community all the benefits of a "big city" hospital. Congratulations to the CDH team; they have exemplified what a project managed by Barr & Barr represents to the owner and community.
